How do we get extra privileges?

Basically you need to be promoted. But that doesn't mean you can just ask for one. You need to work for it.

Experts can edit and such (Requires 6000 or more)
Editors can edit as well as approve and hide (Requires a lot of hard work)
Moderators can ban users and the above. (Requires a whole load of work)
