Create a "ban reason" box for users.

That way, when a user must be banned, a drop box opens where the moderator must leave an entry explaining why and for what length if it's only temporary. It would be more efficient than having the meta post we have for it since those posts all eventually get hidden and later deleted, meaning we could lose the reasoning behind that person being removed.

It wouldn't also be useful if it broadcast the reason in chat maybe because the advantage of that post is that others can see why users have been banned.
