Will there ever be a Pokemon Database app for the Nintendo 3DS?

Question

I am able to use the 3DS browser system to use the database, however I am unable to access alot of the content the site provides on the browser system on the 3DS. So will there be an easier to way to access the database on a 3DS system, like an app? Definetly would be cool and easy to check the database on a system that plays Pokemon games.

No.

Same reason why there won't be a mobile app. It is difficult and overall ineffective, and also has copyright issues.
