I have noticed an error and someone may need to fix it.

Question

So on Sylveon's page it says it can learn Hyper Voice via. move tutor but Hyper Voice's page says Sylveon doesn't get it at all. Also apparently it surpasses substitute? (I'm not sure about that though.)

Hyper Voice does surpass Substitute. It appears that all moves that can be taught using a move tutor do not show all of the Pokémon that can learn them through move tutor. For example, Ice Punch's page doesn't show any of the Pokémon that can learn it through move tutor either.

There is no error, the page you are looking at doesn't include Pokemon that learn hyper voice by move tutor, it's the same with anything else. And yes it does surpass substitute
