Is there a limit on how long a question can stay on the unanswered list because I have noticed that alot of team suggestion questions are building up and staying unanswered
Nope. An unanswered question won't be deleted or anything. It'll stay up until it's answered. There's even an unanswered section to prevent them from being lost. The only time questions or answers are removed are if they violate the rules.
