On the main Questions page, if they are answered they show up green if one of them was selected as Best Answer. However, in the My Answers and My Questions sections of your profile it does not show if the answer you gave was selected or not, or if the question you asked had an answer selected. This is purely cosmetic and not a necessary change, I just thought it would be a nice feature.
