I can't make new tags despite having 100 points and tags is "not allowed"

So I was asking a question when I noticed a Pokemon does not exist in the tags. I took a screenshot of it but I used snipping tool so I can't show you. But it just said it.

I was on Pokebase. Also i'm on page 14 of Pokebase users if you want to see proof i'm exactly 100 points.

I was trying to make "Marshadow" AKA the mythical Pokemon at the end of the Sun and Moon dex.

OK this should be fixed now. The problem was because you had exactly 100 points and the code was only checking if you had more than 100 points (i.e. 101 or higher).
