Suggestion: check and approve new tags

Question

If you’ve been active on Pokebase on the last few months, you may have noticed some ridiculous tags such as:
Nintendo-is-stupid?
trachy-blah-blah-blah?
thy-lord-pokemaster?
dj11?
virus?
thy-lord-pokemaster-I-beg-thee?
and so on.

Idk, when people get 100 points and they create new tags, just check and approve them.

Pros: avoids spammy tags that look weird
Cons: if there was only one tag.

This would take time to make, but I think it's a good idea. The real problem is that tags aren't moderated closely (and this was even worse historically). I've planned for a long time to sit down and clear some of the common offenders, but I've never been bored enough.

Find in the tag page where there’s about under 10 tags used. It’s littered with it. (Meta page)

I think this would take quite a while to implement, and it's difficult to know exactly how it should work (e.g. should it put all new questions that have a new tag in moderation, or create a separate list for mods to check). Perhaps I can set up a list only showing the tags with <5 questions for mods to look through, but you can mostly just use the current tags list page for that.
