Firstly your question doesn't really make sense :p
pokemondb.net is the Pokemon Database so not exactly sure how it would not be up to date with itself.
But from the rest of your question I guess you mean up to date with the latest games? Short answer is yes, mostly. You're right I haven't added the "sprites" for the latest Pokemon, but everything else is there - stats, moves, locations, etc. We were actually the first site to have most info up (before Serebii/Bulbapedia) for SM and USUM.
There is always more stuff to add and missing info here and there (especially locations), but that is slowly getting corrected.
Edit to add: you also mentioned the site focusing only on the community. I don't think that's true at all. The thing is, you only see changes in the community section because they are more obvious - new questions and answers. You don't see all the changes to the rest of the site. I've spent a lot of time since January adding and updating the Pokemon locations but it's not easy to spot and spread over many pages. I've also been working on some bigger programming changes behind the scenes which are also invisible to users.
