Reasonless down voting

Some one appeared to down vote every answer. I am sure someone is going to do this on alot of other questions just so people will lose points. Once again POINTS DONT MATTER YOUR JUST WRECKING THE SITE BY DOWN VOTING GOOD ANSWERS!

You're right. I've removed the downvotes for now - ironically it gave the user more points :s

This should be sorted soon when users with low points will not be able to downvote things.
