I was looking through the user page because I was bored and saw that user http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/user/popopo had 1 down vote but no questions or answers I think that when Questions/Answers are hidden the down votes are kept. Is this true? Because that does not make much sense.
It could be counting votes on hidden posts. So if a post got downvoted then hidden it may not be listed but the vote is still there.
