Why is my screen so zoomed in?

So I use an iPhone 5C and recently I discovered that PokeBase (and only PokeBase) is ridiculously zoomed in when I load the page. I can zoom out but the page has a definite border halfway across, plus the screen and icons etc go off the side to the stripy grey background to the side. Why is it doing this?

Well I looked on the new update page and the exact same problem was found.
