Why can’t I change my name in meta?

I can change my name for the Spring name changing season in Q&A, but I can’t do it in meta. It will show me all the other options to change things (showing gravatar, etc.)

Each section is a separate "instance" of the same software working off the same list of users. As such, permissions for Meta, RMT and the main section do not synch automatically and must be applied in each area manually. Pokemaster just didn't update the permissions for Meta.
