Why can't my brother get into chat?

It says

He has an account. It is six mouths old. He has confirmed he email address. His username is legenduser'sbrother.

Assuming you mean this account: legenduser'sbrother

Then they have not confirmed their email. There should be a button somewhere to re confirm their email (on their profile I think, or it might appear when they try to post on the site).

Also make sure it's the correct email. I won't post the full thing here but it starts with realestatejosh

confirm the e-mail adress again,if its still not working,then he must've been banned
