GLITCH:I used to be able to use Chat and Pokebase why can't I

I was banned for 3 days I got unbanned but for some reason I cannot enter chat or do anything on pokebase how can I fix this glitch?

I think I fixed it. You were IP Banned from Pokebase, but I think you should be able to access the chat and Pokebase now.
