As far as I know, there aren't any bots that PM has set up for anything. There are occasionally accounts that will sign up just to ask a question that advertises something, though, but it'd be near impossible to find out which ones they are and count them.

Does the kickbot count as a bot? If yes, does everything that the site does automatically count as a bot? Is there a "makeaccountbot", a "checkusernameandpasswordbot", a "postquestionbot", an "awardpointsbot"...

I don't thing this site really needs bots other than Kickbot (or Movesetbot, if it counts), so I don't see there being a point in having other bots. Unless if you count Scizbot, but it isn't operational. So, there is only 1, 2, or 3 bots, depending on which of those you consider a bot on this site... :P

Little secret among the auth on the site: literally all Kickbot is is a message that shows up whenever someone is kicked. Nothing is automated. Kickbot isn't actually a bot.

There are countless 'spam bots' on the site, i.e accounts created for the purpose of automatically spreading advertisements on the forum sections or people's walls. There's no way to actually know exactly how many, since the accounts are created in the normal way. We'd have to basically manually go through every single existing account and find out which ones are bots via their content, which we're not going to do.

If you mean official bots that do stuff for the site - there aren't any (is MovesetBot actually a bot or just PM using a different account?). Kickbot isn't a bot, just an automated message that occurs when you kick someone. Not actually an automated user. So there are 0 (1?) bots. Unless PM has kept them secret.
