There isn't any way to do exactly that currently. It's based off an algorithm that includes factors like number of votes, views, how new the question is, and when the last answer was. "Newness" was already at 100% but I've taken the views factor down to 0 as the old questions, especially moveset questions, have many views. That was causing the most problems.
The problem now is that the hot page is mostly just the very newest questions in a slightly different order. I'll try tweaking some numbers and see what happens.
