Because, you know, nobody has the time to go through 60 answers. I mean, isn't this the same reason we have a tournament thread now? For example, take the ingame team questions (where people post the ingame teams, not where they ask for a sixth member or something.) Those things have about 50 answers each. Nobody will want to read all of them {unless, of course, they have nothing else to do :)}. And the people who have posted their answers at the last are also at a disadvantage, bcoz even though their answers maybe be quite good, nobody will see them. So, here's my idea. Whenever a thread reaches a certain threshold, say 50 answers or 3 pages, we make a new thread for them, and people copy-paste their answers again. If some users are not around and another user likes their answer, they can do it. This, of course, is not applicable for the Personal threads, like the one for stories and all that/

As an editor, I do not like this suggestion because it would likely result in more work for me.
Even without the idea of copying the answers from the old thread and putting them on a new thread, I don't think this is a good idea. Without copying answers from the old thread, there would still be a large amount of answers, just spread across multiple threads. Copying old answers onto a new thread would be even worse, in my opinion. Teams don't become outdated, unlike competitive movesets, (this might be a decent idea for moveset questions but it's been discussed in the past that outdated answers should just be hidden) so there's really no reason to get rid of any of them unless they're really bad. Regardless of how old they are, the best answers will still be at the top, but if someone is looking for a specific team, there's really no way we can speed up their process of someone searching for a moveset they want. Also, I guarantee you that nobody is going through an entire thread of teams and reading all of every answer. It's very easy to just skim through answers and, if it's not one that you like, go to the next one.
