Why does my wall say "This user has disallowed new posts on their wall" when I log out and go on my profile?

Does it not allow people to post on my wall and if so how do I fix it?

Go to your profile and click "Edit My Profile". Under your email and above show avatar there should be a checkbox option to let people post on your wall.
