what does views mean on this site?

Well Im Asking Because i have seen a question that says 0 views but has an answer.So does it mean how many people are viewing the question at the moment or what?Thats were im Confused at?

Views mean the number of people who have looked at the pages. Though it doesn't seem to be finished/working properly at the moment.

EDIT: Now it appears to work.
