Blockquote problem?

When I tried to use block quote, It doesn't show up as the previous green bar on the side! All I see is a indent on the side.

I'm using Mozilla Firefox.
EDIT: Okay, when I use internet explorer, it works........ interesting.

Try reloading the page once or twice, it was missing when I first did the update but it's back now.
