Posting movesets from another site such as Smogon:Is it against the rules?

Is it against the rules for someone to post movesets from Smogon and have the exact or similar explanations for the movesets that came from the sites? Sorry if the question seems confusing. Could a moderator answer this question?

We do not allow plagiarism. Your movesets cannot just be smogon movesets wholesale, nor its explanations. Original content only.

There may be some movesets that were posted when the Pokémon were still new that are very close to smogon sets, but that's mostly coincidence or just early speculation sets.

So no, you cannot just copy smogon or any other sets

There’s nothing wrong with posting a set that happens to have the same moves/EVs etc. I mean, that’s gonna happen anyway since there are a limited set of ‘good’ moves for each Pokemon.
But definitely don’t copy-paste any explanations or stuff like that from Smogon, that’s their content that someone wrote.
