Which is the oldest verion of ios/android this site supports?

I am currently using first gen ipad(5.1.1) and it works surprisingly well.I can access everything on this site except the column which shows the moves learned by levelling up and the live chat.I am just curious.

I cant chat on this ipad.If this has nothing to do with points then it is because i am using older version of ios
