If some mod BAs an answer, does the points goes to the asker or the mod that had BA'd?

The points go to the asker.

Here is one example.

This was selected by Fizz, but if you check the asker’s profile, it will say they’ve selected one BA, and they have 42 points (20 from upvotes, 2 from the BA).

So yeah, the points would go to the asker of the question.
