When you enter RMT, it should have information about the section like Meta and Pokebase. It should also mention that it's only for competitive teams and in-game teams are not allowed, as well as mentioning that all details should be included. Something like:
Welcome To Rate My Team. If you have a competitive team you would like advise on, you can post it here for people to suggest on. Only post competitive teams with full details, and any in-game teams or teams missing details will be removed.
I know you might say that it says so in the rules, but users might not read them and this will make it a lot clearer.
