I've noticed this with a couple of pokemon, that even though they're events that are long gone, it still has them "available" on their page, here are some examples:
https://pokemondb.net/pokedex/shaymin#dex-locations
https://pokemondb.net/pokedex/arceus#dex-locations
https://pokemondb.net/pokedex/darkrai#dex-locations
I suggest we do one of two things:
1. Have a new thing that says:"Event Pokemon-event has passed" on the game locations, this or something along these lines.
2. Update, whenever a new game comes out and they do updates for that game, they also update event pokemon from the previous Generation, stating they are no longer available.

Another thing: This would be a nice bonus, when events come out on other games that aren't their origin game(Example: A Shaymin Event for XY, I know this happened) We would have new location data, saying "EVENT POKEMON AVAILABLE" on the game the event is occuring on, and the link leads to a page of some sort on how to participate in/get the rewards for, an event. I would of course be totally fine if this is too much, it was only an added suggestion.

Technically, you can access all of those Pokemon via tweaking- tricking the game without any hacking or 3rd party software- and would therefore be available in nearly every copy of the game. :P

We could, however, put event distributions in the locations of Legendaries and, more aptly, Mythicals (such as, for Darkrai under Gen 6, put "Available from an event code distributed May 2016").
If this website considers glitches, then every gen 1 Pokemon is in most places that have tall grass.
