Suggestion-Move the section that shows whose online before the post button on the top of the page in mobile devices

I suggest this because it is really annoying to me (I don't know about y'all) when I'm on a phone and I want to see who is online but I have to scroll ALL the way to the bottom of the page. So please consider this.
