Pre-evolution moves section should return in Gen 8 section, as it's still relevant for some species

Question

I know that it was likely retired due to adding the previous evo moves to their evolutions as lvl 1 moves, but there are exceptions:
Metapod for example isn't able to relearn any of Caterpie's moves, making it so its Gen 8 moveset list doesn't properly show all its learnable moves currently
