Maybe these questions should not be allowed

The answer is obvious and all you have to do is go to: Another question on this site regarding Ditto(80% of them say Ditto can breed with any Pokemon aside from those in the No-eggs group and itself), or go to the breeding and egg group page on this site. It seems like a silly question I mean seriously I could understand if it was asking about a Genderless Pokemon but Gyrados? it seems very silly.

People are at different levels of understanding to the game. If you're new to it, these are pretty typical questions, and if you're new to the site, you might not know about all the information or even what it means.

So? If they ask the question we can tell them that it is against the rules and give them a link to where they can access the info then hide the question.

If you have to answer the question, then hide it, then that defeats the whole purpose of setting the rule. If they're trying to figure it out with the chart, why shouldn't they be allowed to ask?

I'm not sure about that one... it's on the borderline really. Obviously we don't want 400 questions saying Can Ditto breed with Gyarados? Can Ditto breed with Infernape? Can Ditto breed with...

Probably the best solution is to make one "catch-all" question like "What Pokemon can Ditto breed with" or "Can Ditto breed with all regular Pokemon".

Well we pretty much have that http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/27313/can-you-breed-a-genderless-pokemon-with-a-ditto here why not just change the name a bit and then put it on the frequently asked question list.
