Pokemaster, the site owner and sole admin, usually updates the "news" portion of the site immediately, or as soon as the information becomes available to him, and he does his best upon release to get the essentials out there. It takes him a few months to get pages fully completed, and sometimes he leaves errors. within a few weeks though, he usually has the important stuff up.
He's just a regular guy though, not a Nintendo employee or anything (to my knowledge,) so he won't have anything that's not readily available.
He's the only one who can update the site's pages. Questions about Legends Z-A will be allowed given they follow the site rules, and that we're missing the information. So, check the site, and if you can't find what you're looking for, you can post a question asking for what you need.
