Meta-PokéBase Q&A

I just realized something. I pressed on a link to a meta question, and it was hidden. But in the URL, the title of the question was where it would be if it was a regular, non-hidden question. I feel like there should be a thing that makes it so if a question is hidden, the name of the question in the URL would just turn into "hidden-post" or something like that.

the issue with that is that there can only be one page per url. even when the page is hidden, the post actually still exists; you don't have the permission to see it, but i can. to make the request you're thinking of possible, it would be that hidden-post redirects to a page that just says the post is hidden. however, i don't see much point in that, as the post would still exist and be visible to those with permissions, and that would just complicate things. i hope this makes sense.
On top of what was said above, URLs don't really work that way; ie, changing the URL won't affect or update anything that contains the previous URL. The previous URL just breaks. I can't imagine what adding something to the URL would add anyway, doesn't the page already tell you that the post is hidden?
I'd also like to mention that the text after the number in the URL for Pokebase questions doesn't matter in the slightest, the number is what's actually telling your search engine where to take you, and you can put whatever you want after it.
