Can Someone Help With My Account? [closed]

I have tried to update my profile (about me and favorite pokemon and stuff) but every time I try it says "new users can not update their profile." But i am not new (2 Years) and have updated it before.

Any suggestions?

You need more points also try to go to a section where you have the most points since this is essentially 3 forums in 1
