I'm going to say no to fakemon, sorry. I have a couple of reasons for it:
* This site focuses on 'official games' only -- and as much as Showdown is an exception, the main reason for that it it's supposed to simulate the official games. CAP doesn't fit that mould (and Pokemaster has said no to other formats like that, e.g. hackmons, in the past).
* You will find little to no expertise for CAP on PokeBase, especially when compared to Smogon.
