Usually that happens when people don't understand EVs and mistake them for summary screen stats. The answer you linked is a perfect example of that. In cases like those, there aren't really any EVs in the post at all, so it doesn't fit the criteria.
If it's a strange case where somebody has somehow gotten the impression they can put 300 points into one stat, then you can probably leave a comment about it. I might ask the others what they think about posts like that -- we could just remove them too.
