If you want to build a Hail Team in Gen 8 NU for the current meta, always use Arctovish, Alolan Sandslash, Vanilluxe, Aurorus, and 2 Pokemon that make it hard for the opponent to spam Close Combat. (i.e Dragalge and Decidueye)
