Basically, you can come in on a Shell Smash Pokemon and get the boosts. You can also grab some other boosts such as Quiver Dance, Calm Mind, getting speed boosts from Rapid Spin, Dragon Dance, it's quite funny to use. And if my opponent doesn't boost, that's why I use it on a Dual Dance set. :P

This is the team I've been using it on, (as well as a few others) but this one I've been using lately in NU. Don't mind the Tera Blast Ghost on Minior, it's there for Bronzong and to hit things like Tera Steel Flygon and Cresselia. Though you can swap it for Earthquake since the team has ways around Bronzong, Cresselia, and Tera Steel Flygon. I have quite a few replays of Dual Dance PZ putting in work lmao
