The pipe that broke should be fixed, but it's more of a matter of being able to clean and move stuff out. My parents don't know if we should start moving stuff upstairs or if we should wait for insurance stuff or something.

Yea, I was at my dad's for two weeks, and while I was there the basement was flooded and it's out of commission for a while. Will probably be mostly inactive on chat until further notice.
