No, it is not, but I'm not sure if I want to soft reset for a shiny (quicker in Gen 2, because of DV and shininess). Nature is determined by Exp digits, so that isn't a problem (because you can grind to change EXP).

I can Infinitely restart my Pokemon Crystal VGC to generate Celebi's. :P

Yeah. But only Shaymin (Sky and normal form), Celebi and, Virizion are Grass legendaries/mythicals as far as I know. ):
