I read in the promotions list thread that there are few mods and most of you that are active are in one time zone. Which time zones would be most helpful to you all for new moderators to be in? Maybe this is a silly question, but I’m curious.

I was told that you're the person to ask about promotions. Am I able to request a potential promotion for a user?
