This user (http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/user/Lyn) has been a general nuisance and bothersome in chat. He’s broken the rules by being offensive and uncivil towards others. He asked someone for their phone number, and was sexually harassing this same person. He also said he would make a new account if his current one got banned.
