Gen 3: You beat some dumbasses that have good intentions but are just stupid and catch the literal gods they summoned

Gen 4: You fight and old psychopath who literally does nothing fancy and just wants everyone to effing die and does so with a space/time god you have to capture, or whatever happens in platinum idk

Question. Is it normal for the pre generated jobs to have the Pokémon your trying to find or defeat be a Pokémon that is already in the dungeon? For example, I’ve had an outlaw Corlosa in beach cave, and a pink shellos in drenched bluff.
