The rarest tcg card was that charizard as a misprint. They only ever misprinted 1 sheet (121) of them, but the factory only destroyed 100 of that sheet. That means there are only 21 of them out there, but all of them are in a collection/found already. :P

Most of the down-votes were given to Movesetbot.
I don't know much about the TCG, so I have no comment on that.

Butterfree will rule the world, you'll see! It will come with a foul swoop and strike every last vivillon down, and claim the poke throne even helix cannot reach :P

Why would I use Vivillon when butterfree does the exact same thing? and Has been around long enough to be useful in multiple games (like gen 1/2, where sleep was OP)

At least Stakataka is in UU (ranked B in OU) while getting all vivillon forms sucks because it is a weak pokemon and a terrible fetch quest :P
