Going to repeat what I've said to Evil;

Drop the issue of Gligurr. He is permanently banned from the server and the site. This means he cannot directly take part in any form of event officially sanctioned with the site - including said tournaments. Most of the users on the site don't really care for his situation anymore, and we would prefer to leave it that way without stirring further drama.

:( I guess he can't participate in the tourney then. That's too bad I wanted to fight him.
