GTS is the Global Trading System. Someone could put a Pokémon on trade and ask for a specific Pokémon in return (with some conditions sometimes as well, such as gender or level range), and then wait a few days for someone to find your offer and accept it. You can look for a Pokémon or put up one. You can only put one up at a time.

Wonder Trade is where you trade any Pokémon with a randomized person who also happened to be using Wonder Trade at that same moment (consider how many people on this world play Pokémon). You don’t get to see what Pokémon you will receive, making this a fun surprise! And likely to get a Magikarp from Japan or something (but also sometimes getting a random breedject of a Pokémon you don’t have!)

They’re all on this site, no matter how hard it may be to search for them. You have 0 reason to ask these obscure, odd questions, you never seem to say “I need to know because _”. Curiosity isn’t really a reason. Also, they’re low quality, and we value quality over quantity.
