I didnt know DB was like school and that you cant copy/paste answers, if i knew i probally wont copy/paste but bulbpedia answer have alot more info then what i would uselly wrote so i just copy/paste it.

And I found this formula: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/925601-pokemon-diamond-version/48138959 calculating how to do base stats -> normal stats, and I just back tracked it. That was too hard for me, though I was only five off the answer I wanted. :D
