I inferred that the person was looking for Pokemon they could catch or transfer into BW, hence the inclusion of Gen 4. The question's scope is specific enough as it is and I didn't see a reason to keep it so convoluted, especially when the answer had to be edited for clarity regardless.

Also yes I have! I am in the early stages coding-wise, but I've had a fairly cohesive design document since ~2017. KRLW and Blooming Beast have been very helpful in showing me what I want out of my own game (and you should totally play Blooming Beast, by the way).

If you’re talking about PX, if you look at the transparency thread, it is very likely the mods  did ban PX and not Pokemaster. I don’t know where you got that mods can’t ban other mods and the whole incident happened before you were a user. Trust me, I’ve been on the site longer.
