Theme song for this team: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFQPHgQRTBU

Abomasnow/Life Orb

EVs: 252 spatk, 240 spd, 16 atk
Nature: Hasty
Ability: Snow Warning
Moves:
Blizzard
Giga Drain
Ice Shard
HP Ground

My Hail setter, Blizzard is primary STAB, hitting with 100% accuracy, while Giga Drain is secondary STAB, also recovery. Ice Shard is also STAB, and is mainly used to finish off enemies with low HP. HP ground is coverage.

Deoxys-D/Leftovers

EVs: 100 def, 252 spdef, 158 HP
Nature: Bold
Ability: Pressure
Moves:
Cosmic Power
Recover
Toxic
Seismic Toss/Night Shade

Cosmic Power boosts defensive stats for toxic stalling, and recover lets him survive while setting up. Toxic allows him to toxic stall (Surprise!) and Siesmic Toss/Night Shade lets him attack while getting around his poor offensive stats.

Salamence/Choice Scarf

EVs: 252 atk, 252 spd, 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Moxie
Moves:
Outrage
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Shadow Claw

My revenge killer/late game sweeper, scarf lets him outspeed most enemies, while Moxie lets me boost my attack after I slaughter some poor weakened enemy sweeper. Earthquake and Stone Edge give QuakeEdge coverage, and Shadow Claw hits Psychics and Ghosts, but Outrage is the primary move here. His flyint typing also allows him to switch on ground moves aimed at Heatran.

Conkeldurr/Flame Orb

EVs: 252 atk, 252 HP, 4 spd
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Guts
Moves:
Mach Punch
Drain Punch
Thunder Punch
Ice Punch

“The way I see it there are two types of pokemon in OU, fast pokemon, and slow pokemon.” – Gigaslash
Gigaslash said that one time and I have since used it to build teams, and trust me, in OU, those are words to live by. Conkeldurr is definitely a slow pokemon, but a bulky one too, with his 105 base HP and 95 base defense.Guts lets him hit like a truck, and Adamant nature only adds to the punishment taken by the foe. Mach Punch Is STAB priority, and lets him get around embarrassing base 45 speed stat. Drain Punch is also STAB, and also provides a means of recovering some of that monstrous HP stat. Thunder Punch and Ice Punch make a sort of physical BoltBeam combo, making this set resisted by very few pokemon.

Heatran/Choice Scarf

EVs: 252 spatk, 252 spd, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
Ability: Flash Fire
Moves:
Fire Blast
Earth Power
Dragon Pulse
Overheat

Heatran will be introduced to my foe when they make the foolish decision of using a fire move on Abomasnow, in which case I will come in and rain chaos w/flash fire boosted STAB Fire Blast. Earth Power covers other fire types that think they can take me on, and Dragon Pulse hits the slew of dragons in OU. Overheat is last-ditch attempt at crushing the foe before they get me when I have low HP.

Porygon2/Eviolite

EVs: 252 HP, 40 def, 214 spatk
Nature: Modest
Ability: Download
Moves:
Recover
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Toxic

Eviolite boosts his defense and special defense to an insane 452 each. My EVs make my defenses equal, giving him a Special Attack boost, Making his BoltBeam combo hit pretty hard. Toxic Eats away at the foe while Recover only adds to the madness by giving him
a form of reliable recovery.

So there it is, please help me out with this, becasue it is only my second hail team ever, and my first one sucked.

ok first of all that looks like a good set on abamasnow. You could try a choice scarf since i have used that and the same set you are using except with wood hammer over giga drain successfully.

ok instead of conkeldurr i suggest this hairyama set

Hariyama (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat sucks up ice attacks for salamence and fire attacks for abomasnow.
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef with this set he can hit hard and has a wopping 492 HP!!
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Knock Off hits ghost types and can get rid of leftovers on walls or choice items on choice users.
- Fire Punch hits ice types and steel types that don't get hit well by ice types.
- Close Combat hits super hard and i can stand the stat drop because of his massive health
- Bullet Punch nice priority and surprising since most people expect mach punch.

next instead of dexoys i like a regiice set like this one

Regice @ Leftovers
Trait: Ice Body
EVs: 232 HP / 252 Def /26 Spdef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Punch/Thunder Punch/Blizzard with curse he becomes a physical monster his attack and defense become amazing or blizzard if you want to abuse the hail

  • Curse combined with Ice punch and substitute is amazing and makes him even more tankier thanks too ice body and leftovers

  • Substitute hold off the damage to hit with a ounch or blizzard than reset

  • Toxic/amnesia slowly bring down blissey and other tanks or walls or amnesia to boost that special defense even higher

looks like a good team. with these suggestions there is one other one i would make but you dont need to take it. I would suggest a claydol to let Regice and abomasnow switch in better.

Claydol @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 156 HP / 216 Def / 136 SpDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock nice to have an entry hazard to help get KO easier
- Rapid Spin takes out hazards that bother regice and Salamence and Abomasnow
- Explosion if he gets low on health and i need some major damage
- Ice Beam gliscor got on my nerves so i need this

thats my answer i give credit to blobyolo since he has helped a lot with my hail teams and i hope it will help you two.

Thank you for answering but not one of the polemon you suggested is OU
I'm pretty sure Hariyama's HP is so high that it's better to split the EVs between his defenses. The Regice set looks cool as well, but even with loads of Curses up that base 50 attack won't be cutting it. Also, it's not really worth investing in Claydol's Special Attack, lol.

Also Swaggron, sorry, but there are a LOT of pokemon usable in tiers above them. You shouldn't disregard an answer just because it suggests original pokemon.
Spoink thanks for the support. I have used those pokes on onw of my OU hail teams and i have  6-0 teams they are really good sets for me and they workd well. OOPS that is supposed to be SpDefense xD
I didn't disregard the answer, but I'm just saying, I would have 2 OU Pokemon, and that just wouldn't fly IMO. I would also have 4 Pokemon hit super effectively by fighting types.
or you could keep deoxysys and replace porygon if you wanted
I've found that deoxys is actually slowing the team down, so it's definitely gonna be deoxys getting replaced.
