Well you asked me to rate this so :D looks awesome, your NU teams just keep getting better and better huh. It's pretty solid, so some of my changes will be minor, but hey. Let's do this.

Musharna
I have told you time and time again, that EV spread is terrible ;] Musharna is amazing, but you have to remember Amoonguss is #1 in usage. It can come in on Signal Beam, Calm Mind, and Moonlight, put you to sleep, and Clear Smog away your boosts or send something else out to set up on you. 240 HP / 252 Def / 16 Spd allows you to outspeed uninvested Amoonguss ( They don't run Speed EVs! It's a myth xD ) while also letting you hit a Leftovers number. It's not like the 4 EVs do anything, lol.
Samurott
Well, I tested this out. And while it's a nice set and very original, it can be quite impractical, and just doesn't hit hard enough to power through special walls like Lickilicky, Miltank, Amoonguss etc. So for a replacement, I suggest Rain Dance Ludicolo. He can outspeed most of the tier under rain, and hits extremely hard with his great dual STAB and Ice Beam. He fulfills the same thing Samurott does, but can 2HKO stuff like Lickilicky and is not beaten by Scarf Rotom. Plus, it's a dancing mexican duck with a pineapple on its head! What not to love? You can consider Timid over Modest to outspeed Adamant SD Samurott, but the power drop for just one Pokemon is annoying and the rest of your team keeps it in check.

Golurk
Well, I know you wanted to keep this set, and after all you do need Stealth Rock. Golurk's CB set is incredibly good though, so much so that any non CB set is trying to bluff it :p So go with the tried and true Expert Belt. It preserves the 2HKO on Musharna, which is amazing.
Zangoose
Obviously this is a great 'mon, and your set is perfect. However I think his coverage is a little redundant on your team, also you already have powerful priority from Gurdurr. He doesn't need to be replaced, but here's an idea I had. If I think of any more, I'll tell you in chat.

Awesome wallbreaker, & completes your FWE offensive core ( FWG is too mainstream :3 ) Choice Band is my favorite set... Life Orb can be used if you don't feel safe about predicting, although I'm pretty confident in your skills. Obviously Morning Sun is only usable with Life Orb. Low Kick is there for the fact that with a Choice Band, it 2HKOS REGIROCK. :o the powaaaaaaa. Anyway he synergises well with the team, taking Ice and Bug attacks. He also appreciates Golurk's 50% hax chance to keep rocks off the field.
