Scrafty tanks physical hits with Intimidate, and special hits with AV. Used as a counter to Slowking. Steelix always gets rocks on the field, unless Mold Breaker Druddigon wallbreaks Steelix. Typlosion is a standard special attacker that outspeeds +1 Vivillon. Earthquake is for physical coverage that Eruption and Extrasensory doesn't hit. (Delphox, Magmortar?) Garbodor is usually there just for Toxic Spikes, but on occasions can use Explosion or take out a few things with Weakness Policy Gunk Shot or Drain Punch. Hitmontop is for Incineroar's, to chip away health. It can Fake Out on set up, and standard Close Combat for STAB. Xatu is a fast threat with Calm Mind and three attacks.

Your Hitmontop is effectively an extra, slightly worse Scrafty that stacks weaknesses with your real Scrafty. There is no good reason to use Hitmontop when Scrafty should check Incineroar (and do everything else Hitmontop does) just fine. Use Heliolisk if you don't want to waste a whole Pokemon. Also, Typhlosion is outclassed by Delphox. Typhlosion may have a slightly stronger eruption and stack 2 fewer weaknesses with Xatu, but Typhlosion is very predictable and consequently easy to counter with just about any fire resist. Delphox can resist fighting, break some Typhlosion counters with psyshock and grass knot, and use trick to cripple status move users.
If yu want more bulk you could use mega Steelix as you don't have a mega on your team. I know it's not essential but it's never unuseful
