This deck makes use of Mew, who can use any attack of a Pokemon in play. This can easily lead to some powerful abuse of attacks, ones that cost very little energy at that. So here it is.

Pokemon: 18

x2 Mew EX: http://serebii.net/card/dragonsexalted/120.shtml
-The main card of the deck. It's ability Versatile is what makes it so great.
x2 Ninetales: http://serebii.net/card/dragonsexalted/019.shtml
-The Gust of Wind (or Catcher if you prefer that terminology) effect is very nice, but the main point of this card is its Hexed Flame, which can give Mew an easy one for 170 attack when combined with Dustox.
x2 Vulpix: http://serebii.net/card/dragonsexalted/018.shtml
-Unfortunately needed to bring out Ninetales.
x2 Dustox: http://serebii.net/card/dragonsexalted/047.shtml
-130 HP and a three for possible 80 is all well and good (actually, not all that good). But that one energy attack that Poisons, Burns, and puts the foe to sleep is so enticing. This works great when combined with Hexed Flame.
x2 Cascoon: http://serebii.net/card/dragonsexalted/009.shtml
-Needed for evolution.
x2 Wurmple: http://serebii.net/card/dragonsexalted/006.shtml
-Needed for evolution.
x2 Latias EX: http://serebii.net/card/plasmafreeze/085.shtml
-While Mew is very powerful, it can still go down easily. Now this guy, this guy is going to be hard to take down. This is because Pokemon with abilities won't be doing any damage to it. And since lots of decks make use of abilities, this card isn't going to be taking damage all too often. It also has a decent three for 70.
x2 Sigilyph: http://serebii.net/card/dragonsexalted/052.shtml
-Good against EX cards and also has Psychic doing solid damage. Plus 90 HP, solid for a basic.
x2 Mr. Mime: http://serebii.net/card/spiralforce/023.shtml
-Mew makes use of cards on the bench. Mr. Mime's job is to protect those cards. While I'm still vulnerable to Catcher, my Solosis isn't going to be taken down by a Landorus any time soon.

Trainers: 30

x4 Pokemon Communication: http://serebii.net/card/blackwhite/099.shtml
-Gets me the Pokemon (and through that, the moves) I need.
x4 Pokemon Catcher: http://serebii.net/card/emergingpowers/095.shtml
-Gets out the Pokemon I want the foe to have out.
x4 Max Potion: http://serebii.net/card/emergingpowers/094.shtml
-Healing. Since Mew needs few Energies, this card is very useful.
x4 Skyla: http://serebii.net/card/boundariescrossed/134.shtml
-Gets me the Trainers I need.
x3 Superior Energy Retrieval: http://serebii.net/card/plasmafreeze/103.shtml
-It gets back energy from Max Potion, Energy Removal attacks, and anything else.
x3 Ghetsis: http://serebii.net/card/plasmafreeze/101.shtml
-Lass and drawing.
x3 Silver Mirror: http://serebii.net/card/megalocannon/069.shtml
-Allows me to deal easily with EX cards.
x2 Cilan: http://serebii.net/card/nextdestinies/086.shtml
-Gets Energy.
x2 Revive: http://serebii.net/card/blackwhite/102.shtml
-Gets back basics (such as Mew).
x1 Computer Search: http://serebii.net/card/boundariescrossed/137.shtml
-Gets the card I need.

Energy: 12

x7 Psychic Energy
x5 Fire Energy
